Items can be found in chests, shops and special rooms.

Equipment

There are 4 different slots: footwear, handwear, headwear and armor. You can only have one piece of equipment per slot.

	Hermóár the Messenger	Speed multiplier
	Horned Shot	Explosive shots	Shots explode.
	Equity	Reflects damage	Enemies that damage you are damaged.
	Adventurer's Fedora	Rotate ability slots	Rotates item slots.
	The Secret Chord	Opening Mega Shot	Charges after room clear. After charged, first shot is very powerful.
	Sel?r's Hat	Mind Flay	Damages enemies in the area around your character (indicated by the circles emanating outwards).

	Quaternote	Double shots	Weapons shoot twice each shot - consuming twice the ammo. Almost certainly supposed to be called "Quarternote" but typo'd by devs.
	Golden Bracelet	Find more gold	More gold.
	Asp's Whisper	Shots slow enemies	Dealing damage slows enemies.
?	Go Faster Glove	Speed Up	Drastically increases speed
	Momento Mori	Cleaving	Shooting enemies deals damage to nearby enemies as well.
	Loki's Bargain	Sacrifice slot for stats	+1 to all stats

Rhythmic Chaos Boots	Strike to the beat	From when you enter a room, deals damage to nearby enemies on every beat for 4 beats, then once every 4 beats.
Trampling Boots	Finishes off low health enemies
Poison Boots	Lay Creep
Tumbler's Boots	Tumble when firing	Allows you to shoot and dash in the same beat.
Giant Slayer Boots	Deal percentage health damage	Deals extra damage when you damage enemies based on a percentage of their health (so stronger enemies are affected more). Some are provided in Helheim II if you put 100 coins in the dish. These are available in every run once you fill the dish for the first time.
Skates of Strafe	Speed Multiplier	Every multiplier increases movement speed, up to 4x the normal speed.
Boots of Rock	Explode on landing
Angelic Boots	Jump Up	Allows you to triple jump. Activate to super jump.

Berserker's Arm	Critical	Deal more damage on a critical shot.
Lion Heart	One more life	Upon death you will gain 50 HP (or up to your current max HP if that's less than 50) and the Lion Heart will disappear. If used on a character with 0 max HP, will revive you when you die but still with 0 HP.
Dragon Heart	Health regeneration	Grants 25 armor that regenerates back when lost.
Richeous Sun	Solar flares	Adds 4 fire projectiles in a wide spread to your shots.
Face of Death	Double damage
The Best Defense	Infinite Ammo	Infinite clip size (no need to reload)
Battle Lion Shield	Cooldown Reduction	50% Cooldown reduction for abilities and let's you shoot/reload faster
