Chests can be found in almost every room in the game. When opened, they grant one or more items.

	Midas Chest	1	Appears after clearing a room on zones with the Midas modifier.
	Golden Chest	Equipment Shield Lucky Dice Shield Converter Skeleton Key Stat Upgrade  ?	Can appear after clearing a room. (Rare) Appears in Golden Chest Rooms.
	Weapon Chest	Weapon	Can appear after clearing a room. (Very Rare) Appears at the top of the Tower Room in Castle Asgard I.
	Secret Chest	Weapon Ability Equipment Stat Upgrade  ?	Appears in high or hard to reach places in rooms.
	Pain Chest	Weapon Ability Equipment Clip Up Stat Upgrade  ?	Appears behind the damage barrier in Golden Chest Rooms.
	Boss Chest	Stat Upgrade Clip Up	Appears after defeating a boss.
	Challenge Chest	Weapon Ability Equipment Stat Upgrade Skeleton Key  ?	Appears after clearing the 3rd wave of a Challenge Room.
	Bank Chest	2-6 of any combination of: 1 Coin Bag Key	Appears in the Bank vault that becomes accessible if you have 100+ coins deposited.
	Cursed Chests	2/3 contain a Fly 1/3 contains any of: Coin Bag Shield Large Healing Potion Equipment Ability Stat Upgrade	Appears in rooms as a form of shrine.
